Syrup Grades

• Vermont Grade A /Fancy - lightest in color with a delicate maple flavor

• Vermont Grade A/Medium Amber - slightly darker and fuller in flavor

• Vermont Grade A/ Dark Amber - darker in color with a robust maple flavor

• Vermont Grade B - the darkest syrup, with a robust maple flavor
